holy f… this is definetely worth buying but be aware if you want a PC to play games and such stuff than don´t get this, if its just to have a touchscreen and to work than get this

Is the samsung galaxy apollo a good phone?

I’m getting my first smartphone tomorrow. I had an LG rumour, but the keyboard stopped working on it because I was texting so much. I’ve had it for almost two years now… so I’m getting a new phone. I know the one I want, (samsung galaxy apollo) and I ust want to know if it’s a good phone. I’m on a pre-paid plan with telus and it gives me 250mb of data per months and unlimited texting (send and recieve), video and picture messaging. I also have a limited budget (Bank of mom) of 0 so the galaxy apollo is as high as she will go. I have a few questions….
1.) How is the texting on it? I know it’s a touch screen and they can lag sometimes. Since all I do is text, I don’t want to have a crappy keyboard.
2.) Is 250mb enough data? All I really want to use that for is going on facebook and stuff. If I go on facebook once or twice a day or a few minutes with the 250mb of data last me a month?
3.) Is it even a good phone? I’M IN LOVE WITH IT and since you can’t return it after you set it up and turn it on… I don’t want to be left with a sh*tty phone
4.) Camera? It’s like, 3. something mega pixels so that’s pretty good for a phone right?
5.) I’m also getting a micro SD card with 2 gb on it, so that should get me a decent amount of songs. Anyone have a ball park figure for how many songs I can get on it? Also, can I download apps onto the SD card and have the dowloaded apps put into my phone? And, if my phone memory is full, will it save some stuff onto the SD card?

It depends on what you look for in a phone. If you’re on a budget as you said the Samsung Galaxy Apollo will probably be one of the best you can get. However, I don’t recommend it for a heavy texter. The keyboard is not the best. I had a Samsung Galaxy S 4G. The keyboard was a pain to type on. 250 MB should be enough for you. 3.2 MP is pretty decent. The Galaxy lineup has great cameras and it’s not always the megapixels that matter. I have 500 songs on my phone and it takes up 2.5 GB. So You can probably get about 350-400 songs on 2GB.

Plzzzz I need ur views…if one of them is good plzz mention why the other one is not good…..and plzz mention if there is any rumours or faults in either of the phones and plzzz mention all the faults if u might have faced if you have owned a Nokia X6….plzz don’t compare them with the cost….or camera…plzzz tell about touch screen …. And fr how long the phone has it’s warranty and if any part of it’s breaks or needs to be taken special care of….thnk u in advance

Spilled water on my Samsung Impression =_=?

My cat knocked over a glass of water on my phone. A full glass. x( I tried drying out the water with a towel, my shirt…I even tried blow drying it. But the touch screen doesn’t work at all…nor do the keys, most of the time. On the rare occasion that they do, it pretty much just spazzes out. It won’t turn off unless I take out the battery. I’m freaking. I never thought that I’d be one of those girls overly dependent on their phones…but lo and behold, that’s what I’ve become. x/ Does anyone have any clue how I can get my phone to start working again? I’d rather not have to get a new one…’cause I’ve still got a year left in my contract.

Any help is appreciated. <3

Put it in a ziplock bag filled with rice, that should get out all the water. But since you already turned it on, it might be screwed.
