Question:

How many Computers can I put WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL ACADEMIC on in my house?

There are three computers (All belong to students) and we only bought one item. Can we put it on all three? Also, soon there will probably be another computer (also belonging to a student)

legally 1 copy per computer. if you know any thing about torrents take a look for a cracked coppy Burn it as an ISO onto a DVD and boot from the dvd

    From what I know, Windows uses keys to register or verify that a computer is running a certain operating system. Therefore, you could only use ONE copy of Windows per ONE computer, so you would have to buy a new Windows 7 disk. Although I have not confirmed this with Win7 Academic, I am almost certain that it is the same. I am sure there are illegal ways to do it, but I do not promote stealing from companies.

    The license is for one computer only. Each computer needs its own license and key.
