How do i reset a Polaroid mp3 player?

So I have two Polaroid touch screen mp3 players. One works fine when I sync the music using Windows Media. It shows all the music I synced. It has the all music file, the album file. the artist album and so on. The other mp3 also uses Windows Media but when it sync the music it does not gives the options such as album or artist only. All the music files are in the internal memory and they are not sorted. I do know if Im explaining what I am talking about. Both mp3 players are the same model. 5 ‘ Digital Media Player PMP500-4. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

To reset the player take a small paperclip and put it into the reset “hole” (look at item no.9 on page 3 of the manual – the link below).
