Which Phone Should I Buy?

Hi guys, i recently had my phone stolen or lost (i’m not sure what happened to it but either way it’s gone) and i am gonna buy a new one in september, and my parents told me that i could get one for £100 or less, and i need a pay as you go phone. i have been looking around and the LG Viewty (now called the Viewty Lite) looks pretty good, but i don’t know if there is another phone that is better than that, and i would be grateful if you guys could help me thanks.

What i’m looking for:
Preferably touch screen
Good camera
Video recording
Memory card compatible
Vibrate function, mp3, etc (all the basic stuff)

P.S i dont think my parents will get a phone from ebay they want me to get it from a shop

and i was thinking about the sidekick (the custom shell one) from America would it work and is it worth it?

touch screen view is 50$ after mail in rebate and its full touch screen
